  • What does AirCover do?

    AirCover protects mobile devices by scanning every app downloaded for malware and spyware, helps you locate your device if it is lost or stolen, and keeps your loved ones safe with GPS tracking, communication and notification tools.

  • How to create an account for AirCover?

    First, please download AirCover from http://www.bluesprig.com/aircover.
    Second, sign up for AirCover with a valid email address.

  • What is PIN?

    PIN is for personal identification number. AirCover will create a PIN for each account so that you can log in quickly. The PIN is unique for each account.

  • Do I need a password? How do I change my password?

    There are two ways to log into your account.
        •Enter into your account (the email address you use when signing up), and password.
        •Log in with PIN without password.
    If you forget your password, please click on the Forget Password button and enter the email address which is used when signing up. Then you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  • How do I add family phones to my account?

    It's simple. First, use your email and password to login your account on website. Second, add new member by entering the new member's phone number (if this member is already listed there, just select the name).

  • Do I have to purchase AirCover for each family member to have them all on one account?

    AirCover currently provides coverage of 3 active phones per account for free. Additional phones can be connected by purchasing our Unlimited Instant Updates service at only $24.99/year.

  • What does AirCover back up?

    AirCover backs up contacts, phone numbers, emails, photos and so on. That information will be backed up on our secure Cloud server. You can easily restore to the local or delete them there.

  • What does the Malware and Anti-virus scan for?

    It scans for viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, suspicious apps etc.

  • How do I find my lost phone?

    Make sure to turn on the Device Found as soon as you create an account for AirCover.
    If you turned on Wi-Fi and GPS for your lost phones, you can go to http://www.bluesprig.com/aircover and do the following operations: Location: Locate your missing phone on a map on website.
    Scream: It will sound alarm and vibrate the lost phone.
    Tip: You can type message on website and the message will pop up on your lost phone's screen.
    Wipe: Make sure your data doesn't fall into the wrong hands, wipe your contacts over web.

  • Do I need a password? How do I change my password?

    You will be asked to set a password upon signing up for AirCover. Should you need to change your password, you can contact our support center on our website www.bluesprig.com or email support@bluesprig.com directly.

  • How secure is the cloud where you store my files?

    We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and other military-grade security protocols. You can be confident your personal information is safe and secure.

  • How often do you sync files?

    Currently users should sync files manually. We will consider providing automatic sync functions in future.

  • Why is AirCover different for iOS, Windows Mobile and Android?

    Every operating system has different security concerns. Our AirCover offerings are focused to deliver the features that are most beneficial for consumers. We currently support iOS and Android and expect to provide support for Windows Mobile in the near future.

    JetBoost ensures top performance from your PC. It releases system resources by shutting down unnecessary background processes and services and prioritizing processes. With three boost modes – game, work and custom – JetBoost configures your PC to best meet the demands of your activities.

  • How does JetBoost work?

    JetBoost releases system resources by shutting down unnecessary background processes and services and tweaks your system to its top performance.

  • What processes/services does JetBoost shut down?

    JetBoost optimizes the experience based on the mode selected. For Work or Game mode, the application will shut down unnecessary processes such as taskmgr.exe, Speccy.exe, steam.exe, utorrent.exe, bitcomet.exe, googleearth.exe, etc. as well as services such as Help, Task Scheduler, Application Updater and more. Users can always click Hide Details to see all stopped processes, services and other optimized items. Additionally, in Custom mode, users can decide which processes, services and other items listed in JetBoost to close and optimize.

  • What are the boost modes?

    JetBoost features three different modes. Game mode provides super gaming experience by automatically detecting and shutting unnecessary processes/services.     To cancel your account, please send an email to support@bluesprig.com requesting to cancel. Include the account Administrator's Family ID and Personal PIN numbers in your message.

  • How do I know BlueSprig products are safe?

    All products of BlueSprig are 100% safe with no adware, spyware, or virus. They have passed the strict test and verification by the third party and IT authorities.

  • I'm a business, can I use BlueSprig?

    Absolutely. Currently, the free version is available for individual users. Business users can purchase a license code.
